This is a Sims4, non-default skin that appears in the Skin section of CAS. The Vampiric / Faerie base skin is very pale in colour and is fully customisable with make-up. This skin comes complete with the Vampiric / Faerie eye make-up demonstrated in the pictures (eyes are not included).
How to install...
To install into your game, download the zip file and extract all contents to “Documents/Electronic Arts/Sims 4/Mods” folder.
